First member of the Radical series. We twisted the traditional belgian type Grisette style with raspberry and fresh mint. And the final result is an extremely refreshing, summer beer at the beginning of a very hard winter.

Pours deep, semi-hazy golden with white head. Nosr is sweet fruity and malty. In taste it’s moderately tart, and somewhat sweet. Light to medium body, average carbo.

Cloudy ochre yellow with a moderate white head. Nose: raspberries, malts, light fruity yeast. Light body. Taste: dryish, fruity and spicy. Raspberries. Refreshing. Tart ending. Not bad.

0.33 l bottle from 'beer[malade]', best before December 2018. Slow gusher! Hazy, orangeish amber with a large, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, quite fruity and minimally herbal aroma of lots of raspberries, redcurrant and some rhubarb. Slightly sourish, quite dry, moderately fruity and a little herbal taste of raspberries, redcurrant, clove, rhubarb and hints of licorice root, followed by a short, moderately tart, fairly dry finish. Thin body, slightly astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Decent, nothing exciting.

Villámgyorsan elolvadó, szellős habocska, rózsaszínes-narancsos szín, szűrt. Málnás, kissé mentás és egy hajszálnyit fűszeres illat. Málnás, fűszeres ízekkel indít, majd a csúcson előtör a menta, ami lecsengéskor teljesen átveszi az uralmat. Könnyű, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Egészen jól sikerült, szokatlan ízvilágú sör, kár hogy nem szeretem a mentát.
