# 1031; 4/2018. Typická kořovost pro rauchbiery není skoro pozna (jen lehce v závěru). Poměrně sladké, karamelové pivo.

Tap at Zly Casy. Medium smoked nose, wood and some peat. Not much umami. Brown orange with a tall, fune head. Rich malt flavor, dry smoke, bit of caramel and bacon, light salty umami and sulfur.

On tap at Zly Casy Prague. Clear dark amber colour thin white head. a light smoke character. more like a light smoke cheese. some toffee sweetness. not much hop but a little gun metal hop on finish .

Bottle @ Home. Slight gusher that pours clear dark amber with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light caramel, nice smoke, peated, woodfire, light fruity notes. Flavor is light sweet, malty, caramel, light bread, fruit, smoke, peat, woodfire. Medium body, average carbonation, mild dry smoked finish. 060819

Bottle 0.5l. Lightly cloudy, amber colored. AROMA- smoke, caramel, sour fruity. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, touch of sourness, lightly bitter, smoky, fruity- apricot and berries, caramel. Medium bodied.

On tap at Zl� ?asy, pours a hazy amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out a nice, light peated smoke upfront, with bready malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with moderate peat, toasted caramel and bready malt. Nice peated flavour, with a touch of sweetness on the finish. Solid.

On tap at Stupava pivo fest. Amber color with medium white head. Aroma: smoke, bacon, caramel. Taste: identical to aroma. Medium body, moderate bitterness, moderate carbonation. Good and clean rauch märzen.

Sampled from tap at CBF Vienna 2018. Clear, deep reddish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly smoky aroma of caramel, toasted nuts and a touch of smoked ham. Moderately sweet, malty, slightly smoky taste of caramel, toasted nuts, some smoked ham and a touch of raisins, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly smoky finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty Lager, rather subtly smoky for a beer called 'Rauchbier'.
