Medium brown. Medium head. Hazy. Has a deep fruity nose, cherries in particular, with a light wood accent. Tart, berryish, light barrel. Solid.

Draught, 6.5% at Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Mild roasted aroma. Dark brown colour, seems hazy. Small light brown head. The flavour starts off citric but turns caramelly with a touch of vanilla. The finish is citric and lemony. Sharp and fairly clean. The barrel notes fade away after a while.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Bruna-rossastra, profonda, schiuma avorio-beige media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note vinose, di frutta rossa, leggermente citrica, sentori di cuoio, botte. In bocca è acida decisa, vinosa, leggermente acetica, leggera nota balsamica, lunga e impegnativa. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Intensissima.

Draft. A- Tart, funk, mixed berries. A- Dark copper color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Tart, mild oak, mixed berries, mild funk. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, tart finish. O- How am I the first rate of this? Not complex in terms of getting a lot of unique flavors but the tartness and funkiness of the berries and oak combined to blend into a well made sour. Good stuff.
