Our good friends in Wuhan, China sent us a smoked chili from Guizhou province. To our astonishment, this chili has some neat smokey notes, and tohether we decided to brew a porter. We hope that you will enjoy this intermarry of exciting flavors.

33cl Bottle from greekbeershop.gr. Black colour, beige head. Aroma of caramel, roast, light floral hops, hint of smoke. Flavour of caramel, some coffee, roast, just a tiny hint of chili, mostly fruity, bittersweet finish. Light bodied, fizzy carbonation. Expected a bit more tbh.

Sampled @ Koelschtrinker Tasting. A black beer with a mid-sized good lasting beige head. Aroma of sweet fruits, berries, dark malt. Taste of dark chocolate malt, vanilla, dark berries, nice.

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle, best before March 2019. Black with a medium large, frothy, beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty and quite fruity-resiny aroma of milk chocolate, pine and tropical fruits. Moderately sweet, malty, slightly roasty and moderately fruity-resiny taste of milk chocolate, coffee, hazelnut and some pine, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly roasty and moderately peppery-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

A bottle thanks to Pilot Goran who flew this from Greece! Shared with him and Višnja 666. Black, medium tan head. Roasted malts and some spices. Dry, roasty with ash flavours. Light body, soft to moderate carbonation, light finish. Too light and not spicy enough.

330 ml bottle at home. Black color with beige head. Roasted malty aroma, spicy, pepper notes, chocolate, licorice. Sweet and bitter taste, light spicy like aroma. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.

330ml bottle. Darkest brown colour with huge, thick, creamy, fully lasting, slightly lacing, beige head. Chocolately, roasty, dark malty aroma, hints of (expectable) peppery spiciness, weak, fruity overtones with a touch of red currant. Taste is slightly dry, roasty dark malty, minimally chocolately, minimally smoky and slightly peppery spicy hints of chipotle or the like, weak fruity hints of red currant; light, minimally watery.
