0.33 l bottle at the source, best before September 2018. Hazy, pale straw yellow with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly grassy aroma of wort, honey and some straw. Rather sweet, a little sourish, moderately grassy taste of grains, wort, quite a bit of honey and some straw, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little tart finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay.

Hefiger, hell süß brotiger Antrunk. Helles Malz, Noten von Cornflakes, neben der Süße etwas blechern. Wässriger, noch leicht süßer Nachhall. OK. 10/7/7/7/6/7

Sweetish-malty beginning. Very sweet with hints of the typical "Pinkus-sourness", you can find the most in their Malzbier. The main body is sweetish. Not watery and could be nice yeasty-sourish with bitter hints - but the strange and intense sweetness lies over everything. The aftertaste is the same, a bit flat, the sweetness ends very fast leaving only a slight yeastiness in the mouth. Slightly bitter in the aftertaste, nice yeasty.
Not too bad, but the intense strange sweetness destroys a not too bad body. Sad! 7/12/3/5

Bottled. A hazy pale golden beer with a rim of white head. The aroma is sweet with weird notes of cardboard and unmaltet grain. The flavor is very sweet with notes of unmalted grain. Like a malt drink.

33 cL bottle. Pours pale yellow and hazy with a slowly collapsing white head. Dry cardboardish aroma, slight faul. Wet cardboard and mild orange fruity. Ends dry and grainy. Terrible.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Clear pale golden with a tiny, off-white head. Sweet aroma of mash and unmalted grain. Thin and sloppy with a very soft mouthfeel. Extremeky sweet, notes of steeped grain. No bitterness. Has absolutely no wheat characteristics. 050608

Bottle (333ml): A bit unclear, lively carbonation, smaller, quite stable white head; sweet-bready-malty-worty nose; quite sweet flavour, a bit sticky, nevertheless light bodied; sweet-watery finish with alight acidity or a touch of sour dough. Very demanding stuff............
