At a tasting, thanks, small creamy head, very dark brown color, aroam of chocolate, dark bread and cocoa, flavor of coffee and metal with a ashy hint, quite sour with light lingering bitterness and a very light sweetness, light to medium bodied. Nice.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles’ place. Thanks troubles. Very dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma of roast, dark chocolate, soy sauce, some coffee, charcoal. Sweetish flavor, roasty, with dark chocolate, coffee, a bit of bitterness. Medium to full-bodied. Good.

Sunday, 10th July 2016. Sat outside Abirradero, Barcelona with the RBESG guys: on-tap. Black and tan in colour. Malty molasses and all their aromas filled the nose of this semi-sweet brew (with a bitter chocolate finish). Decent Imp Stout and not too over the top alcohol wise.

Tap at Abirradero. Almost black with bubbly dark beige head. Caramel, sweet coffee, quite some roasted malts, dried dark fruits. Over medium sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied but with slight watery feel.

Black color with an off-white head, medium lasting. Aroma has notes of black chocolate, dark coffee and licorice with roasted malts. Flavor has coffee beans notes, roasted notes with a light bitterness and some ashes notes. Slightly bittery final with licorice notes.
