Made with galangal ginger and fermented on membrillo (quince) fruit, this vibrant fruity and spicy saison is very unique and is great to enjoy fresh or aged over a year to really see the yeast shine through.

Tap @ craft beer Helsinki. Poured golden color with a thin white head. Aroma has strong spices, jasmine, perfume, chamomile perhaps. Flavor has spices, cinnamon, perfume and sweet fruits. Good drinkability, but borderline spiciness for me.

Sampled @ Festival Dobrego Piwa Wroclaw 2017. Leuchtend trübes hell goldgelbes Bier mit einer großen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch ist hefig, Gewürze, limetten. Geschmack ist floral bitter, grüner Tee, Hefe, lemon.

Botella 33 cl en el kraken 03..03..2017 (r08). Fcpref 30..03..2018. Color amarillento velado con espuma blanca Aromas y sabores frescos herbaceos afrutados con toques de membrillos, efectivamente, que se acentúan algo más al calentar aportando algo más de dulzor. Cuerpo ligero fácil de beber algo de gas y ligeramente rústico que acaba con suave amargo resinoso, floral afrutado no muy duradero. Original el toque de mermelada de membrillo. Buena.

Tasted from the tap on the 01/12/2016. "Albaricoque Version". Hazy orange colour with a medium white head. Aroma of peachs, tropical fruits and some clove. Taste is intense fruity with a smooth aftertaste. Next one please!

Aroma and flavour have Galangal which is unfortunately like Ginger combined with soap. Saisons with added spices often fail and this is no exception.

Bottle sample at ACBF’16. Hazy golden orange colour, off-white head. Aroma of the ginger-like galangal, lemongrass, light fruity, yeast, spices. Flavour is medium sweet, quite spicy, galangal, lemongrass, light herbal, yeasty, fruity, dry bitter finish. Light to medium bodied, a bit fizzy carbo. OK if you like spicy saisons.

At Amsterdam Craft Beer Fest 2016. Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a white head. Fruity-grassy, slightly floral and a little spicy aroma of lemon, gooseberry, ginger and fresh grass. Sweetish, slightly funky, fruity-grassy taste of lemon, gooseberry, ginger and fresh grass, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a little dry, moderately yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!
