En pinta, color anaranjado muy turbio, espuma blanca de mediana retención. Aroma potente a níspero, melocotón albaricoque, hierba, resina y un toquecito de establo. En boca es de cuerpo medio, textura sedosa, bastante jugosa, ligeramente dulce y afrutada y agradablemente amarga, notas muy sabrosas de frutas de hueso, y tropicales, cuando atempera se torna ligeramente mas dulce y tira fuera unas pequeñas y sutiles notas azucaradas que, en contraste con su amargor es una pequeña delicia.

Clear yellow blond beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, falls down quickly. Aroma: lovely, fruity, juicy, lots of citrus. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice bitterness up front, lots of citrus notes, pretty bitter, a bit fruity, sweet touch, some grapefruit, a little sweet. Aftertaste: dry, zesty, grapefruit, juicy, citrus notes, a little malty, nice one, good bitterness, nice, I like it!

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2021. A hazy yellow beer. Aroma of citrusy hops, pale malt, stone fruits. Taste of stone fruits, citrus hops, grapefruit.

150ml on tap at Agenturet Øl og Vinbar. Hazed orange-gold boddy, filmy layer, dotted spots on the glass. Fresh smell of tropical fruits. The taste profile follow suit with orange drops and pineapple. Rounded, lingering finish with mid-bitter orange drops. Pleasant. (Tromsø 06.11.2019).

Can @Bir&Fud Bottega (Rome). Pesca giallona, torbida, opalescente, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note di mango maturo, pesca, passionfruit. In bocca è dolce all'attacco, fruttata, con amaro finale medio-contenuto. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Molto buona!
