500ml bottle. From a supermarket in Maleme, Crete. Poured slightly hazy and light golden in color. Ripe banana, yeasty, slightly sweet. Touch of clove and some odd sourness.

Bottle from the brewery enjoyed at the Heraklion apartment. Fairly hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma of herbs, cloves, yeast, banana and wheat. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.

26 September 2019. At Cretan Gastronomy Days, Heraklion, Crete. Shared with the lovely Anke! Pours cloudy ochre with a lasting, thick, frothy, white head. Aroma of clove, pepper, grass, wheat, ripe banana. Taste is light fruity sweet, notes of ripe banana & apple yet restrained; quite bready on the other hand, larded with bitter tones of clove & pepper; sour wheaty undercurrent. Dryish, yeasty, slightly grassy hoppy finish, soft ripe fruit & wheat. Medium body, slick-creamy texture, fizzy carbonation. Not bad, but lacking some power in the fruity yeast department.

From bottle at home. Hazy golden orange color with off white fizzy head. Malty and yeasty aroma, banana and citrusy fruity, light grainy, light spicy herbal. Sweet and light bitter like aroma. Light to medium almost oily body with lively carbonation.
