Enjoyed on tap at DryHop Brewers in Chicago, IL while hanging out with a buddy before going to see the band Field Report. This stuff was pretty good, great name for this as well. Appearance is a cloudy gold with a moderate white head. Aroma mostly of tropical fruits and citrus. Taste is relatively light for an IPA, very sessionable and enjoyable, would definitely have this again.

Tap at DryHop. Hazy, murky unfiltered orange-tan. Big steady off-white aroma. Bright bold hop aroma. One of the best White IPAs I’ve had. Bold tropical citrus. Fresh, flowery, with the perfect yeasty body to balance. Bold new school hops. Top notch, World Class White IPA.

32oz growler from the brewery pours a murky gold with some frothy, lacing white head. Nose is very fruity, tropical fruit, mango, passion fruit, lemon, perfume, some lychee. Flavor follows right along, tangerine, lemon, straw, dried pineapple, passion fruit, some lime. Crisp finish. Really solid and very drinkable.

Growler from DryHop. Pour is a cloudy golden in color. Thin white head diminishes to a small ring with soft lacing. Aroma is fruity hops, wheat, and some light toast. Taste is fairly bitter with a huge amount of Galaxy hops. Big on wheat with strong tropical fruit notes, with a hint of grapefruit, some lemon peel & and some yeast. Not your typical wheat for sure. Very nice.

Shark meets hipster is a cloudy honey gold pour which matches it’s wheat IPA category. Big fruity galaxy hop bouquet which is somewhat fruit punch like. It has a really nice smooth wheat body. The taste is solid wheat with citrusy spicy hops. An American wheat all the way.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy light gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has lots of grapefruit and resin with a hint of onion and a hint of sweetness. Flavor has a nice bitter grapefruit and passion fruit with some onion and a bit of earthy pine.

An orange amber ipa with a thin lacing light mocha head. In aroma, nice piney and citrusy floral hops, grapefruit, treacle, very nice and pungent. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with orange pulp, light Barley candy, smooth floral hops with light citrus notes, well done. On tap at brewery.
