From tap at the brewery. Hazy yellow color with white head. Malty and hoppy aroma, onion hoppy, citrus and stone fruits, light caramel, some grass notes. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

On tap at Lamplighter, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out candied sugar, light resinous hops and some tropical fruits. Flavour follows accordingly, with tropical fruits, candied sugar and resinous hops. It's perhaps a touch on the sweet side for me, but there's a boozy character and enough hops to carry this through. Good stuff.

Taster pour at the source. Appearance is a clear, pale yellow with greenish tinge at the edge of the glass, no sparkle, with a thin ring of off-white head with decent retention and lacing. Aroma is grapefruit, citrus, herbal. Taste is herbal--on the musky side but doesn't go over the edge--with late sweetness and a bit of spice. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin, slick texture, soft carbonation and a spicy finish as taste. Overall, a good beer with nice complexity.

Pours an only slightly hazy, lemon-yellow-gold, with smallish head. Aromas of citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor is citrus fruit, with pine/spruce hoppiness in the finish. There's just a touch of sweetness to the whole deal. Not too bad, but not too distinguished, either.

16 oz can; canned a little under five weeks ago. Aroma is passionfruit, grapefruit rind, pineapple, lightly catty. Pours hazy golden with a one finger bone-white head with decent retention. Taste is mild to moderately bitter and dry with juicy tropical fruit flavors. Hint of tartness. Quite yeasty. Alcohol is noticeable, but not overpowering. Perfect mouthfeel and carbonation. Nice beer.

Clear bright pale yellow beer, small creamy irregular off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty fruity, grapefruit, bit piny, nice stuff! MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty fruity, citrus, lots of grapefruit, bit sweet. Aftertaste: bitter, grapefruit, some sweet malts, soft bitterness, bit grassy.

Poured from can hazy yellow-orange with a one finger white head. Aromas of juicy pineapple, orange, mango. Great flavor, juicy, touch of sweetness, lots of tropical and citrus with mild floral notes. Medium-bodied with average carbonation and a balanced pine finish. Well crafted.

Chalumeaux shares a 16 oz can, spilt 2 ways. Aromas of citrus, floral, and just a hint of pine. Flavor is lasting citrus with mild piney hops toward the backend. A bit lemony notes towards the finish. Good balance of sweetness plus bitterness. Smooth and slick mouthfeel. Light hop oils. Alcohol mostly hidden. Very enjoyable.

Huge fruit juice aroma featuring melon, mango, papaya and backed by strong caramel-tinged honey-like malt notes.
Much the same in flavor with big, round, fruity, juicy tropical notes and a very soft texture. Low but fairly engaging carbonation. Everything was going swimmingly until the finish which grows increasingly yeasty (sourdough, bread, blandness) and resinous (pine, hop twang). So it starts out with a bang and seems like you’ve got yourself a top notch NE IPA, but they can’t close it out, unfortunately.
