A New England-Style IPA brewed and double dry-hopped with juicy American hops. Birds has become a staple of our roster because of its fruit-forward flavors of dank citrus and passionfruit, coupled with a smooth finish and creamy mouthfeel.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: murky copper color with a one and a half fingers of white foamy head which slid off delicately and left some light lace
Aroma: pasionfruit-like hoppiness up front with some citrus hop vibes and an underscore of some danky oniony character
Flavor: bittersweet juicy hoppiness meshing with the clean malts then following through in the aftertaste as to being juicy citrusy and danky
Texture: about medium bodied - perhaps just a touch under and showing signs of being fairly sessionable; somewhat smooth along my tongue; finishes creamy and smooth while pushing the danky tones back a little further
Overall: I can see this as a NEIPA, yes but also could be an AIPA too. I believe I would come back to this.

Pours slightly hazy gold with a large fading head.Nose shows peach, nectarine, soft pine and resinous hops. Restrained clean malt behind.Flavours include more pine, resinous hops, along with soft nectarine and grapefruit. Clean malt behind with little sweetness to counter the aggressive bitterness.

Taster pour on tap at the 13th annual NH Brewfest. It's a hazy, dark yellow with no sparkle, thin cap of white foamy head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma is orange and lemon citrus. Taste is strong, rich orange, grapefruit, lemon. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with thin, smooth, frothy texture, average-to-lively carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, not super complex but good strength of flavor over aroma and nice appearance and mouthfeel.
