Bigger Copenhagen bimble with Colin, Ronnie, Reuben and Alex. Mikkeller Vik. Bottle share with the Swedish drinking team. Light haze on this purple - red beer, no head to set the colour off though. Palate is light and semi dry. Modestly tart blueberry that turns a little sweeter. Traces of blackberry and raspberry. Light finish. Okay sour fruit.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly fresh fruity, red berries, sorrel, soda powder, grass, minerals, berry skin. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, soda powder, red berries, mild vinegar, citrus acid, sorrel, minerals, grass, hints of oak. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice.

Keg at Mikropolis. Pours purple with a thin filmy off-white head. Aroma of tart lemon, yogurt, berriest. Taste is yogurt, blueberry, a bit of lemon tart, with lots of other berries--raspberry and blackberry. Light body with soft carbonation. Really good!
