Pint can. pours a reddish copper color with a small white head that soon fades to a fine scum. The Aroma is somewhat weak with mixed berries and some funk. The taste is tart mild berries and some woodiness set in a malt base that reminds me of the Rodenbachs. Pleasantly sour, and not overpoweringly so. The palate is light and even with soft carbonation. Overall: love it.

Lys rødbrun tåkete hvitt skum. Lukter blåbær, røde bær og noe blomster. Lett. Sursyrlig smak. Blåbær, sure rips og noe syrlige epler. Middels lang.

2014 edition, sampled late 2019. Pours unclear, peachy red. Small white head. Smell is still very fruity, wood, brett, mild lactic acid. Nice ! Taste is sharp, very dry, tart, brett, oaky, milder fruit (still very intense given the age ) . Nice complexity, medium body and carbo.

Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is lactic, with hay, blueberries, black currants, musty fruit peel and minerals, as well as farmhouse and wooden brett. Dry finish.
