750 ml bottle. I was surprised on how much the aroma was like an apple crisp dessert. The apple brandy character balances the spice in the stout very nicely. I can just sit and smell this for hours. What is more impressive is it really tastes just like it smells.
The cinnamon, nutmeg with the brandy give it the (Apple Crisp ) feel with the vanilla beans and lactose sugar giving a vanilla ice cream like flavor. Also notes of chocolate from the stout base of course. This is one HELL of a tasty dessert stout! To bad Night Shift could not bottle more of this, easily the best thing I ever tasted out of that brewery. A real treat.
Side note: rating number 4500.

Poured from bottle thanks Airforcehops for the Ratebeer Farmhouse Magnum Tasting. Pours dark black with a beige head. Aromas of apple pie with vanilla ice cream. Taste is creamy with hints of cinnamon and vanilla and oak in the finish. This is the best beer to date from Night Shift.
