Bottle split at the 2nd CBJ tasting, thanks to LKS 31/08/23. Hazed orange to light amber with a big old white head. Nose is funk, vinous, tangy stewed fruits, bitter orange, straw. Taste comprises bitter orange, tangy tropical fruits, brett pangs, funk, straw, hedegrow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light earthy hop bitterness. Not terrible for the age.

Craft Beer Junction bottleshare. Thanks to LKS. Hazy orange gold beer, big cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Fluffy malts, a light dry creamy sweetness. Savoury Brett dominates the mid. Touch of slightly tart white wine. Ripe citrus on the back end. Fairly dry finish. Interesting beer but really wants to be much happier for me as in much much.

Bottle shared in Bermondsey - picked up from the club. Pours hazed orange-gold with a big, creamy white head. Funky snout, pee, white grape, pale wood. Light sweet flavour with notes of pale wood, cat pee, funky cellar, lemon peel, tangerine. Good stuff. Dry and funky.

Draught at the brewery, 4/15/18.
Lightly hazy, deep golden-bronze. White head fades steadily to a ring.
Nose is jam-packed with heavy bread, twangy pine and heavily toasted oak. Pineapple-lime-nectarine-like fruit character from the Brett comes off incredibly overwrought. This smells forceful and crude with light booze on the end, as well.
In the mouth it's way too barrel-forward. Too much acidity and tannic grape and oak. Bready-twangy to the max and near astringent with the coconut and key lime-like notes created from all of this wine, oak and overdone Brett. Palate fatigue sets in quickly. Thick, chewy body exacerbates the heavy, crude, excessive feel of the beer. Low, somewhat engaging carbonation. Sharp ester and booze sits lightly on the finish.

Bottle. Horseblanket, old lemon/orange, biscuit malt, and grapefruit peel aroma. Murky golden yellow with moderate head. Moderately sweet old lemon/orange, biscuit malt, mildly sour Brett/vinegar, and strong bitter pine/grapefruit peel flavor. Good body. Okay - the Brett seemed to blunt some of the sweetness
