Pours jet black with no head, but there are some floaties. Aroma's of coconut, boozy bourbon, milk chocolate, a bit umami even. Flavour is sweet, alcoholic, coconut, light roasty bitter. Medium to full bodied, smooth mouthfeel. Long finish with light roasty, coffee-ish bitterness.

22oz bottle pours an inky brown/black with very little tan head. Nose has booze, coconut, molasses, chocolate syrup, licorice. Flavor has all the same, chocolate, coconut, licorice, caramel, booze. Finish is messy though, oily too.

Bottle split at Parch, massive thanks to the Andy - Nimbleprop, 14/06/19. Pitch black with a tan head that clears to spotting. Nose is sweet malts, chocolate, brown sugar melt, coffee bean, vanilla. Taste comprises chocolate cake, ripe dark fruit rinds, sweet malts, toffee fudge, light barrel, brown sugar melt. Full bodied, fine carbonation, warming boost offered at the curtain call. Top draw impy stout.

22oz bottle at the DC Spring RB Tasting. Poured a nearly pitch black color with a medium sized tan head. Aroma was sweet chocolate, some coconut. I got a lot of almond in here, perhaps as it warmed up a bit. Really nice stuff.

Bottle shared at partizan many thanks to Andy Nimble,. An oily, mahogany brown coloured pour with a fading tan head. Aroma is sticky brown sugars, marshmallow, jammy, hot alcohol.. Palate is medium sweet. Chewy. Brown sugars, Warming alcohol.. Smooth. Brown sugars lingering honey maple.

Partizan. Bottleshare. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, imi Mild carbonation. Sweet rich dark chocolate and honey and maple. Rich bourbon soaked fruits. Mild spice. Smooth fruity bourbon finish. Touch of coconut.

Bottle. Pours black with small tan head. The aroma is strong coconut, roast, wood, vanilla. Slick body, coconut, dark chocolate, vanilla, roast, boozy finish, enjoyed this.
