Mr. Mystery, aware of his stature, allure, and unpredictability. A strong-bodied BEHEMOTH of a beer with intense pine, citrus, and spicy aromas. You can’t get rid of the Stalker.

0.33 l bottle shared at home. Pours murky brown with thick head. Piney, resiny "green" hops in aroma and taste with medium bitter finish. Light body, average carbo. Pretty average altogether.

33cl bottle pours a dark orange, basically amber with some fluffy, white head. Nose has malt, some apple, soap, caramel, candy, buttered biscuit. Flavor is malty, caramel, bready, its really a malt bomb here, some orange marmalade on toast. Finishes sweet. Weird.

Bottle at Drunk Chiwawa, pours a murky opaque dark orangey brown with a small white head. Aroma is very yeasty, with lots of earthy hops and dirty, filthy yeast soup. Flavour is along the same lines, tasting a little cleaner, with earthy hops, yeast soup, and dry caramel bready malt. Yeasty and muddy, but not too bad.

Bottled 330ml. -Clear amber coloured, minimal off-white head, hops and whiff of caramel in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, oranges, alcohol and light herbal with slightly sticky sweetness in the finish. Lack of bitterness is evident.

On tap at the 2. Novosadski festival zanatskog piva. Poured a murky red/amber body with a small white head. Mild aroma, herbal and peachy notes on a solid malty backbone. Creamy apricot-like taste, fresh, lovely malty backbone, mild bitterness for the style. Not the flashiest but definitely a tasty example of the style.

330 mL bottle shared by luttonm. Best by 1.7.2016. Rating #2003, the year Yazoo and Elysian Tangletown opened their doors. Far from relevant, but still interesting. As for the beer, a little past it’s best days, but still going strong. A bit leathery on the aroma. Subtle hops there, but odd. Thicker body, obvious malt presence, but also a bit on the weird side with the flavor. I think something is off on this, but I can’t figure out what it is, or complain about the result, so overall I can say I enjoyed it. Exceeds my expectations of a Serbia beer by a long shot.
