Our very own.Red, top-fermented and unpasteurized beer Famous for its unique flavour of caramelised malt and the inconspicuous bitterness that the hops gives, with the fragrance of caramel, citrus and floral. Created with the philosophy of Real Ale.

It does have the “real ale” taste actually, but also the astringency that s with many of them. Crystal clear red good looking body though. Beertime athens

Bottle direct from the island courtesy of Jacob. Auburn with a thin, frothy head. Aroma of soggy grains and caramel. Taste is bittersweet with the sweetness having the upper hand. Nice balance on the whole. Medium bodied, moderate to mild carbonation. Simple stuff but not unpleasant.

15/8/2019. Bottle from Teddy’s and Bessie’s supermarket, next to Labranda resort, Corfu. Pours clear deep amber with a frothy off-white head. Aroma of caramel, sweet malt, hops, fruit, brown sugar and bread. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Sweet finish. Made a nice change from the all inclusive option.

330mL bottle at Pulp, pours a clear amber with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out vegetal and herbal notes, with light bready notes. Flavour is pretty lame, with herbal notes, cabbage and a general vegetal character. Vegetal and thin. Quite poor.
