Bottled. Clear ruby red/pinkish mixed colour with very small white head. Aroma of cooked vegetables, malts and some berries. Flavour quite the same with some hops in finish. Quite a standard lager, except for the berryish notes and colour.

(Bottle 35,4 cl) A rather unusual type for the Czech Republic. Beautiful reddish beer. Slightly sour nose with dry and bitter flavours. A touch of caramel-malts. Very nice though.

Missed buying it the last time it was available here (and on discount), and was pleasantly suprised to find it again. It poured a beautiful red colour (probably the most "red" beer of all the "reds" I’ve ever tried), with a small creamy head that dissipated quickly. Smells fruity and malty (not completely sure about it because I have a cold), and has a pleasant malty taste that was a bit sourish even and I enjoyed it after drinking that tasteless bottle of Kilkenny’s. Some hops are present as well. Overall, I think it’s better than Murphy’s, Killkenny’s and Mortimer but worse than Jenlain Ambree (those are the only other reds I’ve tried). And I don’t think that it’s really a vienna,

Amber color, medium lasting head. Bitter sweet red beer. Not much aroma, bit malty maybe. Fruity taste.

Bright copper; rich malt aroma - earthy, slightly tinny; full body; notes of wild rice, beautifully extracted low-Lov Munich malts; hints of roasted red peppers, ginseng powder; long, earthy, off-dry finish. Top five for both country and style. I could drink this for days.

Copper coloured. Sweetish, fruity, oily aroma. Full bodied, creamy and roasty with dry bitterish finish. An innovative Czechish lager quite reminiscent of an American amber ale.
