. Clear, golden color and a White head. Nose of Green peppers, chilli. Taste Starts with a decent malty Taste, followed by a big Punsch og chilli Power. Hot &spicy Finish.

On tap at 7 Stern, Vienna. Unclear golden, small off-white head. Aroma is chilli peppers and flavour is chilli peppers along with bready undertones. Simple but good balance, quite hot. Light body, slightly creamy texture, soft carbonation, light spicy finish.

From tap at 7 Stern Bräu. Aroma is hot chilli peppers and then some. Flavour is the same, has a nice chilli burn. Nice, a chilli beer that’s actually quite hot. Long burn in the aftertaste.

Bottled@HBF2015. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is chili, spices, some grains and mild yeasty notes. Flavour is mainly chili, but also has some herbs and mild grainy notes.

Keg at the brewpub. Pours hazed gold with a white cap. Aroma: malt, caramel, herbal, chilli pepper. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, malty with a warming chilli flavour coming through. Moderately to heavy spicy but the beer has flavour too.

Eingetrübte gelbe Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Zunächst malziger, dann scharfer, an Chili erinnernder Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, bald von scharfen Chilis überlagerter Geschmack. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit und deutlicher Schärfe, mittlerer Körper mit sanfter Kohlensäure.
