Pours a clear, golden content covered with quite a small white head with virtually no retention. There’s not much to the nose, besides the regular hoppy aroma and some grains in the back. The taste is similar. Sweet at first, followed by a very gentle bitterness, but also quite watery.

23/12 A 0.5 l bottle, our friend Marin brought to Doggythedog from Skopje, thanks goes to both of them for finally getting my hands on a Macedonian beer! It poured really pale yellow body with medium sized head. Lemony aroma, somewhat malty and slightly champagne-like. Flavor was malty at first, somewhat fruity like apple or grapes, with lemony hop character giving it some bitterness. Slightly thinner in body, but it had longer lemony hop finish. Reading the ratings I’ve got a feeling this beer varies in hop content. Our was pretty well balanced pilsener with decent hop character. Not bad for sure.

0.5l bottle brought from Macedonia by a friend (thanks Marin!), shared with heavy Poured a yellow body with a medium sized head. Light vegetabley sweet malty nose. The taste is light with sweet fruity notes, passionfruit possibly, some hop bitterness too. Ok, balanced and nice in a way. Certainly better than expected.

Small white head. Pale yellow body. Grassy fruity peppery hop aroma with mealy soap notes. Dryish floral fruity grassy hop taste. Watery. Thin-bodied. Soft mouthfeel. Dryish grassy aftertaste. Decent. (0.33l bottle from Knut Albert.)
