0,5 can. I bought it as an Eichbaum Strong Superior in Košice. When filled, it is a light lager color, golden, but the head is huge, beautiful and snow-white. Aroma: although you can smell the alcohol, it has a very good malty, sweet aroma, suggesting a serious, full-bodied beer. You can also smell the hops, as a little grassy resinous aroma. Taste: it was not as full-bodied as I thought. The alcohol was somewhat hidden, but apart from the sweet, malty alcoholic barley-wine character, there is little extra. There is bitterness, but I was expecting more flavor. Overall, it is not a bad "strong lager" as a large-scale beer, but there have been better ones. In any case, it is obviously impressive because of the 7.9, so I have stopped drinking it now :).

Eichbaum Strong Superior-ként vásároltam Kassán. Kitöltve világos lager szín, arany, a habja viszont hatalmas, szép és hófehér. Aroma: bár érződik az alkohol, nagyon jó malátás, édeskés illat, komoly, testes sört sejtető. Komlózás is érződik, egy kis füves gyantás illatként. Íz: nem volt olyan testes, mint gondoltam. Az alkoholt valamennyire sikerült elbújtatni, viszont az édes, malátás alkoholos árpa-bor jellegen kívül kevés az extra. Keserűség van, de én több ízre vártam. Összességében nem egy rossz "erős lager" nagyüzemi sörként, de voltak már jobbak is. Mindenesetre a 7,9 miatt nyilván ütős, így mára abba is hagytam :)

As Eichbaum Strong at 7.9% ABV. Clear gold, good white head. Aroma: grain, straw, fruits, slightl peach-like perfumery. Taste: light sweet and bitter. Wet grain, esters, grass. Slightly alcoholic. Mouth feel: medium plus body, soft to average carbonation. Summary: better smelling than tasting. Nothing awful though.

.5L can from the world Cup box set with a big thanks to Alex. Pours out a pale straw color topped with a white head. Nose is grassy hops light corn cereal malts. Taste is more of the corn cereal malts and light grass.

Can @ Bi Village, Fazana, Croatia. Pours yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, grain, light corn, little alcohol, light hay. Flavor is light sweet, malt, grainy, little corn, hayish. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet finish with little alcohol. 080816

Pours clear golden color with small, short lasting white head. Smell of malts and yeast. Medium body with soft carbonation and oily texture. Mostly sweet with lightly bitter aftertaste. Aroma of malts, grains, corn and yeast. Alcohol is masked well. Overall, pretty refreshing. Pleasant surprise.

Herb süßer Beginn, stark und plörrig. Geringfügig bitter, erkennbarer, durch die Süße etwas verschleierter Alkohol. Langer Nachhall, angenehm herb. 9/8/9/9/8/9
