Bottle at the brewery restaurant. Cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- very decent ginger, touch of meadow and hay. FLAVOR- neutral, slightly bitter, touch of ginger, hay, herbal, touch of malt. Medium bodied. Somewhat empty, too decent. Disappointment.

Bottle - Nice Light ginger. Clear gold with a small head. Pleasant spicy ginger and a decent finish. Decent for what it is.

Bottled 330ml. -Courtesy of and shared with Marko, thanks! Clear yellow coloured, huge airy white head, mild ginger in the nose. Also quite strong ginger presence with light bready and rice notes. Watery of course, again ginger in the finish.

Wow, first raters in 3 years, thanks Riba! Shared with ogivlado. Poured a fizzy yellow body with light chill haze, White head. Ginger aroma, slightly vegetabley, sweetish. Empty, light taste, the thin base "rice beer" is just a blank slate, the ginger presence isn’t well integrated in my opinion, feels diluted and, because of no burn, it triggers a "fake" alarm, but who knows... Light tartness. There are far, far better ginger beers. Sorry, not a good one. Far, faaaar from it.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy golden, brief head. Mild ginger aroma. Sweetish with light body and clean mouthfeel. Fruity and near thin, dobinmated by ginger with a touch of emptiness. Low bitterness. Sort of refreshing.

(the Chinese characters for hurricane- ah oh, I think this is going to suck just based on the Cheese factor)- strange herbal smell in the nose. Yup the beer has ginseng in it. I thought the concept was unique, but never cool, 10 years ago. Which means they are making an un-unique beer, that was never cool, with a high cheese factor, over carbonated and poorly balanced.... Yup these people should be slapped. Perfect, cheesy 80s rock just came on. I think I need to leave the brewery or put myself out of this misery. As the beer warmed up, I noticed hints of ethanol and garbage!

From tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity, crisp hoppy and vague rice. Ginger, rice and citrusy in the initial flavour. Mild bitter and slight citrusy. Ends medium dry and ginger spiced with a light citrusy note.

Very carbonated golden beer to medium white head. End of bottle fully opaque. Resin, rosemary, and, indeed, ginger - very obvious, even a bit too obvious. Even more obvious ginger in the taste, immediately, followed by sweet, even oxydized malts. Very spicey, and wheat-like, despite the grains used. Very spritzy MF, not empty however, like wheatslickness - and yeast. I prefer De Graal’s gingerbeer; yet it is not totally undeserving. Many thanks to Stefaan!
