Flasche aus einem Getränkemarkt in Fronhausen bei Marburg (April 2013). - Hellgelb, klar. Nase ganz leicht zitronig, Tapetenkleister, etwas säuerlich. Antrunk: etwas süßliches Malz, leicht säuerlich-zitroniger Hopfen, sonst eher leer. Abgang säuerlich statt bitter, unangenehmer dumpfer Nachgeschmack (Schweineschmalz?). - So sehr ich geneigt bin, Bieren aus meiner hessischen Heimat mit Wohlwollen zu begegnen - dies hier ist beim besten Willen kein Genuß. Kalt geht es gerade noch, beim Wärmerwerden wird es ungenießbar.

0,5 l bottle, new good looking label art design. Pale yellow in the glass, small fine foamy head. A lot of carbonation. Nothing on the nose. Tastes low malty, light straw, low hop herb, low sourness. Nothing I would remember tomorrow.

On tap at Delirium, Marburg. A random stop on an already overdone pubcrawl, while rambling around frozen to a supposed "Russian bar" to pick up our friends who were inside resulted in a rating of a more or less local beer that I’d missed up until then, bottles included (must be the rivalry :D). Poured a yellow/golden body with a lasting white head. Very light bready aroma. Somewhat sweetish taste with vague herbal hopiness, more dry than sweet overall. Light notes of tobacco. Nothing special, unfortunately as expected, but harmless.

Yellow pour, small white head. Light hops on the aroma with some light grains. A little watery, but it’s a decent beer.

Wässrig herber Beginn. Dann wird das Bier blechern, wenig süß, fast lächerlich hopfig. Dazu trocken, laff, langweilig. Ein schlechtes Pils, das so gar nichts zu bieten hat. 6/6/8/6/7/6

Bottle. Sour barley malt and green grass hops aroma. Pale yellow color with small head. Lightly sweet barley malt and moderately bitter grass hops. Medium body. Pretty good.

Draught at BBF07. Clear, very pale yellow colour. Big stable bubbly white head. The flavour is grainy and a little citric. Slightly rough bitterness. Overall very boring, but not revolting.

Bottle (purchased by MoritzF): Pale golden coloured, thin white head; sweet-malty and citrousy nose with a tiny touch of cardboard...and a tinge of grassy hops; sweet-bitter flavour, light to mrdium bodied; short light sweet-bitter, citrousy finish. O.K, drinkable........

(bottle) Clear and pale golden colour with a short foamy white head. Strawy cake dough aroma with a hoppy background. Initially light sweet malty with a round hoppy bitterness. Perhaps a bit bland and boring, but clean and drinkable.
