Draught @ 8th. BBF 2016 [ 8th Borefts Beer Festival 2016 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Dry & Bitter / Against The Grain DTF ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, brett, sour, leather. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, pale malt, sweet malt, tart - sour, brett, lime - citric. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160924] 5-3-6-3-13

On tap @ Bergen Craft Beer Fest. Pours hazy golden, with a big creamy head. Aroma is tropical bretty notes, with apricots and citrusy notes with tangerines, as well as some wood, and grassy notes. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes, with hay, berries, citrus peel and grassy notes, as well as some light tropical notes.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige Head. The aroma had notes of malt, fruits, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

Borefts VIII. Day 2. Keg. Lightly hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light, dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Smooth pale malts. Perfumey floral tangy orange and lemon. Light dry finish. A little skewed but fine.

Sample at Borefts 2016. Poured a slightly hazy light amber with little life. The aroma is light fruit, Brett yeast, some hops. The flavour is acid citrus with a light creamy bretty citrus hop palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
