On tap. Hazy orange color. Aroma: dill, fruits, grassy and brine. Taste: fruits and dill, candies, light spice.

Light haze on this gold - amber beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, good minerally carbonation. Thin malts, modest sweetness. Hops are fairly bitter, bitter orange and thin Sorachi lemon cream. Finishes light with orange peel bitterness. Overall a little thin but clean and bitter.

Bottled 500ml. -Golden coloured, small white head, mild ginger in the nose. Moderate malty, ginger, subdued coconut and touch of citrus with light bitterness in the finish. Interesting but rather average brew.

Bottle from Piwoteka?s package to Pivoteka. Thanks to both! Misty golden, white head. Coconut, light ginger soft aroma, creamy. Interesting light fresh coconut taste, Sorachi working its magic. Quite light and creamy. Can?t taste the nori. Vague ginger, no burn. Slightly too light and vague bitterness. But tasty!

50cl bottle. Trübe orange goldene Farbe mit einer mittelgroßen leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr trocken, kokos, angenehm hopfig. Geschmack angenehm hopfig bitter, fruchtig, kokos, grasig, Top!

On tap at Chmielarnia, Warsaw. Mid gold, very little carbonation. Aroma is, wow, very sushi-like. I get raw salmon, rice vinegar and a hint of wasabi. Weird. And impressive. Taste is similar: bitter with a savoury wasabi/rice vinegar hint. Your local sushi bar in a glass. I’ve not tasted anything quite like this, and though it is a bit of a novelty I can’t help but be impressed.

Tap (VI FDP). Barwa zlocisto-miodowa, piwo delikatnie zmetnione, piana biala, gesta, obfita, genialnie znaczy szklo. Aromat chmielowy, kwiatowy, slodkawy. Slodkawe z goryczka w tle, posmak slodko-goryczkowo-kwiatowy z delikatna nuta owocow tropikalnych. Pijalne, orzezwiajace, lekkie, gladkie i przyjemne.
