Draught @ 8th. BBF 2016 [ 8th Borefts Beer Festival 2016 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Gänstaller Bräu Daniela’s Lager Wheat ].Clear light to medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, wheat - herbs, light grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, herbs - wheat, pale malt, sweet malt, grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160923] 7-3-7-3-14

Borefts VIII. Day 2. Keg. Almost clear gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth with reasonable carbonation. Sweetish pale malts, little malt cream. Sweet floralness. Modest citric hop. Light finish. Clean and drinkable.

Sample at Borefts 2016. Poured a clear medium amber with a long lasting frothy white head. The aroma is creamy yeast, citrus. The flavour is grain, light bitter with a buttery yeast, creamy banana palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Won’t be to everyone’s taste but I kinda liked it.

Tap@Borefts 2016, Bodegraven - yellow golden pour with a white head. Sweet malty and wheaty aroma and taste, citrus fruity notes, some doughy yeasts, some grassy hop nuance, light touch of banana, into a sweet finish.

[9/23/16] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2016 in Bodegraven. Day one. Aroma is grainy with a bit of DMS. Sweetish grainy flavor with a bitterish finish. Light-bodied.
