Medium, lightly yellowish head, irregular over hazy well-carboanted golden beer with a faint orange sheen. Sour nose, very vinous, fruit, lactic acid, fruitacids, hint of acetic Quite fruity taste with slightly unripe stonefruit. Again truckload of acids, lactic, acetic. Puckeringly tart, dry-out effect, acidthinning. There’s a nice fruitflavour here, but the overload on acids makes it difficultly drinkable. It’s not always the Yanks or the Danish that make the die-hard acidcocktails. Maybe with adding Brett and waiting a decade? Thanks to Mathieu & Louis!

Pours clear blonde, no real head. Sharp sour scent with some funk. Taste is very dry sour, oak, funk, bit fleshy in the back. Very hidden fruity touch. Very full taste, on a perfect mf and carbo. This is the stuff alvine is more than good at!

Bottle sample @ ACBF 2015.
