Intense greens of fresh hops bursting with fruitiness filled his senses. Rich yellows and golds of malted barley adding subtle sweet tones to the vibrant coloured show. The setting sun started to turn red and, as its light subsided, he was filled with a mellow bitterness and the blues of wanting more.

Cask at Westow House. It pours murky orange - amber with a tiny white head. The aroma is rich, oily, stewed peach, nectarine, earth and resin. The taste is punchy bitterness, one, resin, grapefruit, apricot, nectarine, peppery spice, earth and alcohol heat with a lingering dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Flavoursome, but perhaps a touch more carbonation would be nice. Decent.

330ml bottle bought at Brew Cavern in Nottingham. Bubbly pearl white head to a hazy orange coloured body. Bread and ripe citrus on the nose. Blended flavours of orange, bread and with mid-dry, bitter citrus peels to the finish. Medium bodied. Pleasant (shared with Finn at a ratings session at his place, Tromsø 05.04.2016).

Flaske 330ml fra Brew Cavern Nottingham. Delt med Rune på Nerstranda 5 Apr 16. Gylden. Lett uklar. Lavt skum. Forsiktig ferskenaroma. Smaken sitrus. Ikke påtrengende. Syrlig tørr ettersmak. Bra - men savner variasjon.
