0.5 l bottle at Beertija, Zagreb. Hazy dark golden to amber, small off-white head. Light toasty, caramel, dried fruit. Very soft flavour, toasty, caramel. Light, soft carbonation, moderate finish. Gentle. A week before best before, still very nice. As it should be!

5.5% alk. Poslije Grofice naravno da dolazi Grof. Pivo je jantarne boje, isto dobro kao i Grofica. Ovo je malo više karamelističnije. Vrijedi probati.

Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy amber/brown pour, huge frothy off-white head. Long lasting, good retention. Lots of lacing on the glass. Sweet nose, nutty with notes of caramel in the background. Not bad. Thin body, medium carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, quite drinkable. Nicely balanced bittersweet taste. Aroma is quite nice, malty caramel background, hints of cocoa in the background. Nutty notes, somewhat flowery. Fruity aftertaste with hints of forest fruits and mild citrus. Dry finish with lingering subtle bitterness. Pretty good. Color me surprised.

Thanks Marko B.! Shared with heavy, Erna & Sandi ST. Amber body with an off-white head. Lovely fruity aroma, cherry perhaps and distinct honey. Nice, light soft taste, honey, orange peel, nice maltiness, a clean, classic amber ale with little to no hops, but also without technical flaws and quite enjoyable for the style without venturing into some modern stylistic spinoffs. A pleasant surprise!

Rating No.9300
Bottled 500ml. -at Pivoteka Zagreb. Darker amber coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, caramel and some malt in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, light nutty and rather dry sweet finish. Drinkable but can be better for sure.
