Bottiglia.

Dark red to light brown, perhaps a bit hazy. About one finger of greyish head, decent retention and lacing. Very nice aroma with quite good intensity: the slightest cerealish base (brown bread), overcome by malty notes of caramel and biscuits, a delicate but quite vivid soft fruits note (berries especially). Maybe not super deep but feels delicately warming/pleasant. Taste shows more depth, and just as much softness/warmness. A delicate brown bread base with notes of caramel and biscuits, soft fruits as per aroma, a nice semi-dry finish and aftertaste to bring balance, with clean earthy notes and also a hint of grassiness. Starts comfortingly sweet in the mouth and closes in excellent balance as already mentioned. Light to medium bodied, with very light carbonation, resulting in a pleasantly silky mouthfeel; goes down too quick. The intensity of a doppelbock in the body of a dunkel. Wonderful beer; this brewery keeps delivering excellence.

Bottle, thanks Bazz! Mosty dark amber-red, scant beige head. Nice smooth malty, flowery, caramelly and mildly grapey aroma. Smooooooth malty caramelly taste, almost fantastic mouthfeel. Vague fruity touch. Remarkably drinkable. Props!
