Our friends form Pelicon came to visit. Together we brewed a hazy, refreshing DDH Pale Ale using some fresh new world hops. Sweet tangerine transitions into tropical & mango notes, leaving a light bitterness.
Grains: Maris Otter, Caramalt, Torrefied Wheat, Oats

Notes from the summer of 2019, a sample at the brewery. Murky yellow to orange, small white head. Moderately hoppy, citrusy, herbal, slightly grassy, peach and light tropical note. Flavour is moderately bitter balanced with light sweetness, hoppy, fruity and citrusy, herbal. Medium body, fresh, juicy, soft to moderate carbonation, light finish.

Hazy golden color with medium white head. Aroma: pine, mango, papaya. Taste: resin, mango, passion fruit, quite dry. Light bodied, medium to high carbonation, medium bitterness. Refreshing, drinkable and clean.

Draft @ BBP Wanderlust festival 2019, shared with RB Belgian team. Dorée sur léger trouble, col fin blanc. Arôme au nez houblonné et bien fruité avec de belles senteurs d'agrumes et qcq pointes de tropical - le côté malté pâle arrive lus en retrait. Palais est malté sur les grains, houblonné léger herbacé, léger fruité en fin de bouche - agrumes avec petite douceur d'orange. Malté léger sur la fin.

Little cloudy orange beer, small creamy off-white head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, some marijuana, grassy touch. MF: ok carb on, medium body. Taste: bit sweet up front, fruity, very bitter, bit resinous, some tropical fruits, more resin, hoppy. Aftertaste: bitter, fruity notes, little metallic, malty touch, tropical fruits, nice one!

Tap, Pivomanija. Pale and hazy yellow golden, smaller white head, nonlasting. Gentle sweet tropical fruity nose, mango and grass in teh back. Medium bitterness, some sweetness, very dry finish, peppery. Light. Nicely drinkable.

On tap at Valhalla Zagreb. Murky orange coloured, small to medium sized white head, citrusy peachy nose. Moderate malty, citrusy, peachy, light grassy and herbal hoppy with moderate bitter finish. Good brew but if there's at least 7%ABV it might be great.

Tap at the brewery. Murky yellow body, white head. Quite citric aroma, tangerine, some dank touches maybe. Tangerine, citric and herbal hoppiness, smooth, fresh, almost tart, but that's just an illusion brought by the citric hoppiness. A smooth, well rounded finish ends it all. Very drinkable!
