Borefts 2019 - Golden colour. Raisins, wood. Sweet malts. Floral perfume. Full body. Bitter finish.

Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is apricots, pale malts, white sugar, stoney stuff indeed. Taste is funky, stone. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Not sure the stone aging helped here.

Borefts XI Day 2 . Keg. Concrete egg aged! Hazy amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, slightly viscous, modest fine carbonation. Sherry malts, good ripe fruits and fruit liqueur. Some bitterness and oddly, I want to say wood! Some spice. Semi dry finish. Flavoursome mature rich barleywine.

Clear orange beer, bigf dense creamy off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very spicy, cardamom, malty, caramel, slightly smoky. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet malty start, banana, bitter, grains, hay. Aftertaste: bitter, something spicy, rather unpleasant, don't like it as much as I had hoped.

Sampled at Borefts 2019. Clear golden with white head. Lots of herbs, dry malts, sweet sugary malts, earthy, clay, light alcohol, walnuts, dry wood. Over medium sweet and walnut bitter. Full bodied.
