# 970; 3/2018. Vizuálně velmi pěkné pšeničné pivo s hustou a velmi stálou pěnou. Ve vůni zatuchlý a kvasnicový. V chuti se projevuje zatuchlost, plesnivost, kovovost.

On tap at the brewpub. Opaque lovely orange-golden body, white head. Light but quite pleasant aroma, quite citric, yeasty. Huge surprise taste-wise, a remarkably nice Weissbier up there with german examples. Starting fresh and drinkable, with citric notes over yeastiness, with light tartness helping the drinkability further, and sweetish wheat malt keeping things together - and then some excellent esters start coming up, not necessarily/really banana. Slightly unconventional, but only for the better. Huge surprise, and by far the best beer the brewery makes.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, banana and slight estery. Light bitterness coming through in the flavour. Yeasty, estery and slight bubblegum. Ends medium dry. Clean, classic and wellmade weissbier - just not my thing.
