On cask at North Laines Brighton. Some hoppiness. Decent pale malt. Good biting hops on the finish. Decent peachy hoppy beer

Cask at the brewpub. It pours clear golden with a tiny white head. The nose is toasty, hay, grain and light sweetness. The taste is bitter-sweet, toasty, grain, dough, citrus peel, peppery grapefruit and white grape with a dry, bitter finish. Light-medium body and fine carbonation. So-so golden. This batch is obviously better than the dodgy gear fin had!

Cask handpump at North Laines Brewpub Saturday 8th March 2014 Pours gold a butter bomb, slim white head, ok clarity. Poor, unbelievably poor not great at all ’shite’ as Loz correctly pointed out both the beer and the bar in fact. Beer for the masses, excuse my language but this is f#*§$¢# crap. A3 A3 T4 P2 Ov7 1.9
