A modern take on a classic I.P.A. style. We combine a long slow fermentation with a blend of aromatic American hops and then dry hop on lees for even more flavour. This produces a beer that is rich, powerful and hugely complex and satisfying.

Probably an alias of Premium I.P.A.

Bottle thanks to Daniel. It pours clear golden-orange with a small white head. The nose is soft, juicy, white bread, stewed fruits, brioche, candy, pear/melon/apple and damp straw. The taste is crisp, bitter-sweet, grassy, pepper, biscuit, sherbet, sweet lemon, apple and light booze with a crisp, dry finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. A touch sweet perhaps. So-so.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Daniel. Pours clear gold with a creamy, off-white head. The nose is a little bland, kind of leafy, with nips of hay. Light sweet flavor with a bit of lemony hops, hay, pale grass. Light bodied with lively carbonation. A bit of lemon in the finish, pale bread, more leafy hops. So so.
