Bottle shared in London - picked up at Kris Wines. Pours clear gold with a frothy white head. The nose has some bready malts, a bit of orange, tangerine. Medium sweet flavor with pleasant melon, orange, more tangerine, minimal bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with some nice juicy citrusy character, more pale and bready malts, low bitterness. Tasty stuff. Drinks well.

Hazy deep amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is smooth with fine minerally carbonation. Smooth sweetish malts, modest cream. Hops are mild orange with modest hop spice. Mild floralness and traces of earth and grapefruit peel. Smooth finish. The hop profile is a biut underwhelming given the stellar hop lineup (Amarillo, Rakau, Motueka, Southern Cross, Nelson Sauvin) but it’s a good beer.

Bottle from Cornelius. Hazy amber body with a medium off-white head. Low carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of melon, pineapple, pine and caramel. Flavour of lime, shower gel and underripe melon. Thin body with a watery, slightly texture. Soft fizz. Juicy and hoppy. Decent.
