Bottle shared at the chriso Easter 2015 tasting - London. Big thanks to Scoopey. Gusher! Pours black-brown with a creamy tan head. The nose gives off a little bit of brett, dark fruits. Medium sweet flavor with light chocolate, brett, subtle roast, baking cocoa. Medium to full bodied with lively carbonation. Warming finish with notes of dark fruits, brett. Tasty overall, but it seems a bit infected.

Bottle shared at Chriso Easter tasting, thanks to Bropey, 04/04/15. Light black with a decent tan swirl. Nose is dark fruits, spice, light brandy trace, roasted notes, earthy. Taste comprises rich dark fruits, charr, toffee, subtle brandy BA effect. Medium + bodied, fine carbonation, drying close, carrying the ABV well. Drinkable enough but sub par for style.

4th April 2015
ChrisOs Easter Tasting. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Tangy dark malts. Light licorice. Mild brandy. Dark fruits. Light finish. Spicy linger. It lacks cohesion to the point where it becomes a bit too much like hard work.

Bottle shared at ChrisO. Some gush on the open. It pours dark brown with a decent tan head. The nose is rich roast, earth, light Granny Smith apple (sign of infection?), funk, oak and boozy brandy. The taste is bitter, earthy, roasty, chocolate, drying cocoa, roasted malt, oak, burnt stuff, leather, some acidity, booze, pepper and brandy with a dry, earthy finish. Full body, high carbonation and foamy carbonation. Perhaps slightly infected, but not all bad.
