Cask at the bow bar. Pours clear pale gold, light haze, thin white head. Aromas of light bread, light spice. Taste is thin, light sweet, some yeastiness. Ok.

Cask at the Guildford arms. Pours hazy yellow, nose is toffee, floral, banana, taste is similar, sweet.

Cask at Craft 100. It pours cloudy gold with a small white head. The nose is earthy, doughy, juicy, musty, light spice, straw and a touch of citrus. The taste is bitter-sweet, doughy, cereal, creamy, brioche, straw, grass and candied orange rind with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Well-rounded and rather drinkable. Nice work.

Draft at Craft 100 April 2015 - London. Pours hazy yellow with a frothy, white head. The nose holds dry wheat, light yeast, dough and lemon rind. Medium sweet flavor with a bit of cereal, white sugar, grain, flaked wheat. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; pretty good condition. Sweet finish with more wheat, grain, sugar, hay, very subtle Belgian yeast. Tasty.
