Bottle thanks to Bruce. It pours hazy deep red with a small off-white head. The nose is sweet, juicy, cherry, jam, vanilla, Bakewell tart, toasted almond and clove. The taste is smooth, crisp, juicy, bitter-sweet, cherry, jammy berry, Granny Smith apple, sherbet, minimal acidity and wood with a dry, fruity finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Crisp, juicy and tart. Really pretty damn tasty.

Aroma is fairly cherry forward with some lighter acidity. Light oak notes, but mostly tart cherries. Some berry character. Pours a cloudy, reddish brown with some amber hues and a tan, thin head that recedes fairly quickly to the edges. Light lacing and no legs. Flavor has a nice, tart acidity with quite a bit of cherry flavor. Light malt notes of caramel and toasted bread. Medium light oak notes. Some berry and cassis notes compliment all the cherry character. Light bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really nice beer. One of the better de Garde beers that i have had. Balanced fruitiness with a lot of acidity and some nice yeast character. Light malt and oak notes.
