Bottleshare at Leighton’s flat. Thanks to Leighton. Clear deep amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is very frothy with fine carbonation. Light thin malts, tangy. Wishy washy coffee. Mild tangy fruits. Light semi dry finish. Strangely fruity tangy and thin.

Bottle split at LKS sky portal, 11/02/15 thanks to our host with the most. Chestnut brown with a moderate beige covering that clears to the edge. Nose is tarte dark fruits, toffee, light coffee trace, hint of plastic. Taste comprises nutty tones, toffee, faint coffee, tarte dark fruit. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation - a touch thin, semi drying close. So so affair, lacks coffee, lacks body.

Bottle shared at Leightons pad. Many thanks to Leighton. Clear reddy brown caramel coloured pour with slight hazed, medium off white head. Aroma is sweet berry, tart fruit, orange peel. Spicy on the nose as well. Flavour is composed of tart fruit, orange, biscuit toasty malts, chalky, little thin. Palate is thin spritz, tangy orange. Not much to it. I didn’t get any coffee.

Bottle thanks to Leighton. It porus darkest brown with a medium white head. The nose is toasty, earthy roast, coffee, toasty brown sugar and caramel. The taste is toasty, earth, coffee, ash some acidity and unfortunately a hit of tartness….. Light-medium body and moderate carbonation. A bit thin and tart. So yeah not great.
