Bottleshare at Leighton’s flat. Thanks to Leighton. Almost opaque brown - red beer, small pale tan head. Palate is airy and dry and a little crispy. Tangy fruits - juniper plummy. Mild spice. Little floralness. Light airy dry finish. Tasty.

Bottle thanks to Leighton. It pours darkest brown with a medium beige/light tan head. The nose is rich roasted malt, cocoa, faint tangy fruit, spice, vanilla and pumpkin. The taste is bitter, roasty, earth, toast, spice, mild acidity, cocoa and light burnt notes with a dry finish. Medium body and big foamy carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle shared in London - picked up at the Lab. Pours deep brown with a fizzy beige head. Lots of spice on the nose, some ginger and cinnamon perhaps, hints of cocoa. Light to medium sweet flavor with nice, well toasted bread, slight cocoa, a bit of chili and cinnamon. Light bodied with average to lively carbonation. Somewhat dry on the finish, more cinnamon, slight chili pepper candy, burnt toast. Pretty tasty.
