Copper Ale is a delightfully light, refreshingly fruity and hoppy beer that’s brewed traditionally using the finest quality Maris Otter malted barley and Golding hops.

Clear amber with tiny white off white head. Sweet malty aroma with fruity and floral hints. Flavor likewise with a mild bitter finish.

Cask conditioned at the Inn on the Green, Bristol 10/3/07. Unsurprisingly, copper coloured with a slightly nutty aroma. Some hops and malt with a hint of sweetness in the finish. Not bad as a session beer.

Cask handpump at The George, Bridport, Dorset 13-11-06. Poured a mid-brown colour not that exciting, touch sweet, some bitterness, but ok.

Guest Ale (cask) at the Peacock, Nottingham: copper colour (surprise!) with a creamy white head which lasted to the bottom, otherwise rather boring, some malt and hops, but not up to much.
