Tap at Craft CG. Lightly sour, big citrus, interesting graininess, guess that's the spelt, candy like sweetness, bit spritzy. Nice enough.

Medium sweet flavor with light doughy wheat, cereal, grain, bread crust, straw. Light to medium bodied, creamy, with fine to average carbonation. Well balanced on the finish, some further dough, biscuits, very mellow lemony tang. Tasty beer. Goes down easy.
