On cask at the Haymarket. Appearance - golden amber with a nicely proportioned head. Nose -grapefruit, light minerals. Taste - tonnes of grapefruit and rye at the end. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - you could drink a fair bit of this.

Cask at the North Star - Ealing, London. Pours clear gold with a frothy white head. The nose has some tangy lemon, bread, wood. Light-medium sweet flavor with more out-of-place citrus tang, pale wood, leaves, melon, lemon. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes a bit sour and woody, with subtle pale bready malts, lemony accents, faint hay and grass. This cask seems to be pretty knackered.

Euston Tap. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, decent white head. Palate is smooth and light with fine carbonation. Light clean pale malt. Nice orangey - lemon hops, little marmalade. Rye? Maybe a touch of spice if you look for it. Light finish, nicely joined up. Very drinkable.

Cask at Euston Tap. It pours hazy golden with a small white head. The nose is sweet dough, muffin, brown bread, earth and leaf. The taste is bitter, pine needles, grapefruit, spicy, rye bread, underlying sweetness and a touch of soap with a dry finish. Not much depth. OK.
