Light haze on this gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is smooth and has decent fine carbonation. Decent malt base, a light creamy sweetness. Hops start with a spicy resin followed by marmalade and grapefruit. Bitterish citric peel before a spicy finish and linger. Nicely done, very drinkable.

355ml bottle. Cloudy, pale amber colour with average, thick, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Piney and slightly citrusy hoppy aroma, fruity notes of pineapple, hints of lemon zest. Taste is citrusy hoppy, notes of lemon, lemon zest, lemon drops, hints of lemon tea, minimally sugary, caramel malty basis. Fresh, citrusy, straightforward DIPA.

Bottle by thanks to Dan. It pours hazed orange - amber with a thick yellow - white head. The nose is bitter - sweet, stewed orange, peach, trimmed fruit cocktail and muffin. The taste is crisp, bitter orange, grassy, waxy citrus peel florals and peppery spice with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. A bit soapy, but not bad overall.

Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Daniel. Pours clear gold with a thick, frothy off-white head. Crackery pale malts in the nose, ripening citrus fruits, lemon rind, pale grains. Medium sweet flavor with a bit of alcohol kick, orange rind, pale bread, minerals, oily pine. Medium to full bodied with average carbonation. Warming and resinous on the finish, more pale bread, pine, ripe citrus. Good stuff.

Bottle split at the Bespin cloud system, thanks to Danny, 21/01/16. Lightly hazed orange golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is bitter orange, straw, citric pith, toasted malt, caramel drool. Taste comprises orange pith, melon, grapefruit, straw, light bread, mineral trace. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with earthy hop bitterness. Ok DIPA but far from top draw.

Bottle from Deeside Drinks Emporium. Hazy golden body with a medium white head. Steady carbonation. Great lacing. Aroma of orange and honey. Flavour of grapefruit, maple syrup and sweet melon. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Very soft fizz. Sweet and tasty.

Poured from the tap. Slightly hazy medium orangey golden yellow with white head. Grapefruit hops, a sweet bready malt with a subtle bubblegum-ness, quite dry resinous finish. Almost a dry sticky palate. Flavours don’t quite meld in my opinion.
