Bottleshare at Chez Smith. Thanks to Leighton. Lightly hazy gold beer, decent off white head. Palate is airy and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Mildly sweet floralness and bitterish piney grapefruit balanced by a touch of sweeter sherbet. Light finish. Pretty drinkable.

Bottle shared in London - picked up at the Lab. Pours unclear yellow-gold with a big, fluffy white head. Relaxed lemon candy aroma, some hay, peach. Light sweet flavor, very dry, with subtle minerality, more lemon tart candies. Light bodied with average carbonation. Lightly tart on the finish, some wheat, faint lactic acid, mild lemony acidity. Very drinkable stuff.

Bottle thanks to Leighton. It pours clear pale gold with a thick white head. The nose is earthy, funky, cracker, spice, touch of tangy cheese and a touch of mould. The taste is crisp, clean, fresh grapefruit, light sourness, soap, touch of lemon and green apple skin with a dry finish. Light body and moderate+ carbonation. Simple, but very drinkable.
