Cask at Pigs Ear 2015, day 1 - London. Pours lightly hazy yellow with a frothy, white head. The nose holds wheat, peach and lemon. Medium sweet flavour with notes of sugary lemon candies, doughy wheat. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, a little yeasty, with more peach accents. OK.

Cask gravity at Pig’s Ear 2015. It pours cloudy light golden yellow with a decent white head. The nose is soft, sweet, juicy, grassy, quite herbal, smoked cherry, air freshener, chalk and sweat. The taste is bitter, minerals, chalk, grass, floral, herbal, sweet orchard fruits and lemon & ginger tea. Medium body and fine carbonation. A touch unbalanced, but pretty interesting stuff. OK.
