Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, fruity, riped fruit, apple, light wood. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, brandy, apple, tripple yeast. CBC Session 4. Very hazy gold beer, small pale cream coloured head. Palate is airy and crisp. Very light creamy malt, airy. Mild minerals. Mild calvados spice, quite fruity apples. Light finish. Very light and fruity. Nice tripel.

Smakprov på CBC 2014. Äntligen ett calvadosfatlagrad öl och en trippel passar ju riktigt bra. Mycket calvadoskaraktär med söta välmogna äpplen, äppelskal, mustiga och murriga fattoner med ett lätt drag av ruttna äpplen. Sött, kanske lite väl men mest väldigt gott.
